In terms of JC vs. Harrison, JC all the way, but if money is an issue, check out Union City, especially if you like Hoboken. Cheap rent, close to Hoboken.

where do you find those deals, please tell me. I have been living and working in JC exchange place since 2004 and the prices in hoboken for a decent 2 bedroom near path is just not that low. how close to the path are you talking about.

I don't doubt it, but thats RIGHT NOW, not in the past, and who knows about the future. If you drove down hoboken you would be surprised how many places are for sale or for rent
