Default Phillipsburg
What are your opinions on Phillipsburg? I have a buddy who lives there and owns a home. He tends to be negative about his dwelling and the time and money he has put into it vs. the value of the rest of homes in NJ. Is expansion pushing out towards Phillipsburg or do people just move to PA for cheaper cost of living if they are already that far from NYC?

It's a dump. Dangerous for young girls. The area surrounding it slightly to the east is nice, but very rural and folks are pretty set on not wanting any expansion. But my advice is to buy NOW especially in areas of Warren County like Oxford, Harmony.
