Hey im writting this because i need help and answers. ive been living at my apartment comple for 3 years now. there are a lot of stray cats around my area and there are a few neighbors that encourage them to stay. i have a pretty big dog and every time hes seen them he wants to chase them. i contacted the front office may of times but nothing has been done. my other problem is there is this lady that ive never talked to until now. she confronted me about not picking up after my pet then she wanted to start a fight so i walked away from her. the following day she took a picture of my dog and i. we were just standing there he wasent doing anything. i filed a complaint to the front office. but my real question is it possile to move out of my current apartment but stay in the same complex?

I don't see why not, provided your lease is up and there is another apartment available. I did this years ago when my ancient downstairs neighbor was a pain in the ass. She complained all the time that I was walking around too early in the morning. Uh, it's called getting ready for work. I just waited until the lease was up and then took an apartment in another building.
