"Smokey's" just opened a couple of blocks east of the Netcong circle, on Rt 46.

I haven't tried it yet but if it's the same one that was on Lake Lakawanna, the ribs were really good.

they also have Hot Rods in Wharton however I went there and thought it was lousy. Over rated. The best bbq is a place near West Point, its called the Barnstormers. They are really worth a day trip. Its not too far and a nice ride thru Harriman State Park.

I can't think of any in Morris. But there is Smokehouse on Rt. in Independence (Warren County) just west of Hackettstown and Ol' West BBQ on Rt. 31 in Annandale (Hunterdon County) just south of the 78/31 intersection. Both are decent BBQ.

You can try Pop's in Madison, NJ by the train station. They offer southern food, mostly creole, but they have an excellent BBQ brisket.

Thanks for all the great ideas! I think I'll try this one in Rockaway first.
