East Brunswick area condo/Town House rentals? (Society Hill, Cranbury: condos, high school)

Recently divorcing and looking for a larger 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom condo/townehouse in East Brunswick.
Decent community neighbors are important.

Budget is 1000-1200(tops) per month + utilites or 1400 w/.

Anyone have any reco's on which developments are good or tips aside from the usual Craigslist, etc to search the area?

I know budget is on the low side, but it is what it is.

In the $1200 and under budget, you are going to be in one of the following communities with a one bedroom unit:

Crosspointe
Off Route 18 Southbound near KFC & HSBC Bank
Fewest Units Available
$1000-$1250/month

Society Hill
Off Cranbury Road near Post Office
A Few Units Available
$1100-$1300/month

The Courts
Off Route 18 Southbound near Crosspointe on Lake Ave
Most Units Available
$1100-$1200/month

Summerhill Village
Off Cranbury Road Near High School
A Few Units Available
$1000-$1200/month

Keep in mind that all of these units are Condos (Co-op for The Courts) so they are rented by the owners. Also prices can change slightly as demand gets higher or lower.
