Default Boat Rental at Jersey Shores?
I was interested in renting a speedboat (like a 4-5 seater SEA-DOO) for a few hours one day. Is that possible? What shore points/businesses offer such a thing? And if so do you need a boaters license to be able to rent?

Any info would be welcomed.
