We went to NYC for fireworks last year too, it was horrible. We had to like stand on the FDR with like a million other people. I would rather put my blanket out on the beach/park and relax with friends and family and watch fireworks. It is no only about how good the fireworks are, but your surroundings

Yeah it was pretty bad, we were standing around on the FDR too. Frankly, we got rained on, and we could barely see the fireworks.....it sucked!!!

Volunteer at animal shelter in the morning (worst holiday for the critters).
Then onto dual party for nephew whose birthday is the 5th and his wife the 3rd. Everyone enjoy and be safe. Please be extra careful with your pets.

I'm going to freeload off everyone, drink their booze, eat their food, use the facilities, take a nap, eat & drink some more, watch some fireworks, eat & drink some more. Yeah, that's it.

I have one going up for adoption on the 4th... found her in my car. PAL - Pet Smart in Mt Olive so if anyone wants to give this little baby girl (Annie)a home, she'll be there waiting .

I'll be BBQing at home this weekend... finishing up my paver steps/patio for my shed.. exciting life!!! LOL
