Edgewater Apartments
Hi,
We are hoping to move to Edgewater this summer and are looking at apartment complexes. We would love to hear from anyone who has rented in Avalon, River Club, CityPlace, Half Moon Harbour, Mariner's Cove, or any other complexes. We are trying to weigh pros and cons of each (rental rates (min. 2 br/2ba), utility costs, noise levels, management/administration, maintenance, amenities, security, general atmosphere, and hidden charges.) Thanks for any help!

Is no news good news? Or do people usually rent private homes in Edgewater? ANY advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Don't know which Mariner's Cove you are talking about, but the one at 45 and Washington is the only one I know, and those are all single family homes.

Over Priced Mariners Apartments, People Are Leaving In Droves.
Apartments Are Cold And So Is Management.
2 Bedrooms Go For $3,600...
They're Nuts. Not Worth It.

I have a friend that lives in City Place and loves it! They have no complaints. Sorry but I don't have the specifics on their bills.

I just left Avalon...DONT DO IT....left after my one year was up. They show you the nice sections of the complex on the walkthrough and do everything to make you sign...after that...its all downhill from there....take a look at Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters and look under edgewater nj...Avalon has a 20% rating..very bad.
