NJPATRIOT is on a distinguished road
I only believe in The Constitution, The Bill Of Rights and The Declaration of Independence... The two party dictatorship is out of control and
corrupt...

Laws are written by the representatives of the people. If you don't like them, stand up for election.

Traditionally individual people with little or no economic funding are left to stand up and fight for their lives when challenged by the police state.

That would be anarchy. Goodbye Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. They stand within the framework that the Founding Fathers set of checks and balances - Executive - elected by the people, Legislative - also elected by the people, Judicial - cannot be fired by either the Executive or Legislative branch.

This country has an amazing system. A single man can stand up and challenge the government in the highest court in the land. Not many countries in the world can say that.

With all this petty talk a lot of people seem to be taking that for granted.

Take a good look at Iran - THAT is a police state at work. Be a little bit more grateful for what we truly have here and the extraordinary system the Founders built that can bend but has so far proven remarkably stable.

Plenty of residents of other countries would give their right arms for that kind of stability.

Special interest groups control and pay for our so called representatives, only after their elected do we find out what direction these reps go... If I paid millions into a campaign on behave of my company, I would expect that rep to pay it back and the hell with the people...

Which people? The Government is elected by the people. Don't like the peoples choice? Aaah. Then maybe a dictatorship would be preferable? Fiefdoms like in Medieval England? Prefer to be the fief or the serf?

Don't want everyone running around doing whatever they like (raping, pillaging etc.)? Don't like warlords? Going to "enforce the constitution"? With what? Guns? Bad guys have bigger guns. Now what? OK, then you need laws. Have laws, now they need to be enforced.

Ooops.
Back to square one.
