Seriosly....come on folks...it's 2009....who cares about porn/sex shops? I mean...the birds do it, the bees do it.. LOL...next thing you'll tell me is that you all get weird when buying condoms or Lubricants at the local Drug Store.

I did get your point about the beautiful and natural gift of lovemaking. Unfortunately, addiction to porn ruins many, many marriages. That's not so funny. Not saying adult shops should be banned, I'm just saying the porn industry is anything but harmless. |

Addiction in any form and to any extreme can ruin anything & everything. IMO porn has lost many of the taboos that it had in the past. If you notice, many so called porn stars are part of the "mainstream" of show business. And if you watch many reality shows, you'll see that sex is the main ingredient, just watch any Real Housewive show or any other moronic show where alcohol & women are involved. |

Exactly, Alex. I read one study that said 90% of children ages 8 and up have been exposed to hard core porn while doing homework. The porn they are looking at now, in this world of "If it feels good, what's the big deal?" is quite damaging to a young person.
Anyway, I don't want to rant. I'm just saying it's not as harmless as everyone wants to claim it is.
BTW, I don't watch reality shows so I can't comment on that.  |
