When was the last tax assesment for Jackson. How much can I expect them to increase if they are reassessed.

the Last time jackson was assessed was 10 yrs ago, unfortunatley with the assesment going on MOST of jackson is Underassesed...Yes market value's have gone down alot here however its still a desirable place to live...My taxes here are now 10k my assessment on my house is low which I know it will increase alot I was being told they can go up to 12.5 and or 13k...with that being said, the tax rate can drop but it doesnt mean that the Taxes itself will...Hope this helps....and 1 more thing, I dont really know if THEY know how much taxes are going to go up.....but you will know by the end of 2008...
