Cell phone rules??? I'm confused.
Is there a new rule/law that if you insist on driving while talking on your cell phone you must move over to the fast lane and immediately cut your speed to 15 MPH below the limit??? I am sure this must be a new law because so many are doing just that.
Thanks,

Lol! I was just cut off by someone today who did that and didn't see me or else he was trying to put me in the wall.
I know cops can't be everywhere at once but when I see cops on cell phones it makes me doubt whether they are enforcing the law or not.

(Do not do this!)
Last time this happened to me, I passed the guy, cut him off, and slammed on my brakes causing him to drop his phone.
Yes, I have problems.

Oh, I'm sure they would enforce the law when YOU break it.

Be careful - part of that law is that you are not allowed to use your turn signals while on the phone, either. Remember - phone calls FIRST, safety LAST.

Hence the warning. I do not condone the behavior and would never suggest that anyone, ever, emulate my actions.
