Long Branch, Red Bank, or Belmar???
I want to take pictures of the Jersey Shore but I'm confused as to which town I should go to (Long Branch, Red Bank or Belmar). Which of these three has the most life? I hear Red Bank is gentrified and has a large Hispanic population while Belmar is very popular for guidos. I don't know too much about Long Branch.

Well I would not consider Red Bank on the Jersey Shore. If you are looking to take pictures on the Jersey Shore, I would go to Long Branch or Belmar.

What do you want to take pictures of mostly? If it is the beach it can be different than taking pictures of homes, scenery, or people.

Point Pleasant. Of the three you mentioned, I'd go with Long Branch. Red Bank is inlalnd; it's on the river but not on the shore.

Without a doubt if you are looking for scenery and the beach I would try Point Pleasant and Long Beach Island. If you want to stay with the three you have chosen, try Red Bank for the scenery (open spaces, unique homes, old feeling downtown, old buildings, waterfront) and Belmar for the beach (real beach).

Well, I live in Long Branch and apart from Ocean Ave there isnt much else. Large Hispanic and South American population.
You could go up to Sea Bright and Sandy Hook. Or a bit further south is Ocean Grove with the Victorian architecture and and continue down to Belmar and Spring Lake.
