public transportation from saddle river (bus, rail, station)

Does anyone know the fastest way into the city via rail and bus and how long it would take? I'm assuming the hohokus station would take about an hr into the penn station? We've heard there is a bus that would be faster, but the people we've asked do not seem to know the line/location. Njtransit.org isn't much help either.

Look at Coach USA shortline. You will need to get to route 17 to get the NY Bus. there is one trip that goes through Upper Saddle

thanks for the tip. seems like a quick trip in. just have to find a place to park. does anyone know where there is a paid parking lot by rt17 and hollywood ave in hohokus?
