Default Sayreville flooding?
I'm interested in purchasing a townhome in Sayreville in the Sheffield Mews/Towne/Main Street area to the north of the town. Considering directly to the north it is a body of water (Raritan River) between Perth Amboy and Sayreville, should I be concerned about flooding? Would anyone know if Sayreville had any recent occurrences of flooding, especially around the Raritan River area? Your help is much appreciated!!!

I have lived here for a year, Sheffield Townhomes, actually looking to sell my townhouse. I heard the same thing when I bought mine, but never heard anything bad from anyone I asked in the development
