I think the roads around Philly are the worst. The few that they even have.

NJ roads are a dream compared to Boston and it's environs. Nightmare.

Boston doesn't even make the TRIP top 20 for bad roads. Newark-New York is 5th (with 54% in poor condition). State wide 46% of NJ's roads are in poor condition, 18% of MA's are (Boston itself has 22%).

Try NYC and anywhere in the 5 boroughs. I rashed a brand new set of rims in 1 week.

Or PA for that matter. Given our climate, I personally don't think NJ roads are bad at all.

Blame your junk flashy rims, not NYC roads. Seriously do you realize that after-market rims are garbage no matter where you live? Put the OEM rims back on.

There are indeed some terrible roads around the NJ side of the Philly metro area.. Even the nicest most beautiful neighborhoods in that area have some of the most horrendous roads I've ever seen. Rt 70 in Cherry Hill, some main roads in Voorhees, Highway 42 (although it seems they made some efforts to fix some of the 3 feet high bumps that are on there), I-295, White Horse pike especially in Camden county (probably the absolute worst offender).. There may be worse areas with worse roads, but I don't recall seeing such a widespread area with such horrible neglect of highway upkeep..
I don't know if anyone else noticed, but from exit 48 going south to around exit 40 on the GSP has a terribly choppy roadway as well, and they charge you $1.00 on there..
