Default First Time Buyer, Condo?
I'm currently living at home and would like to move out within the next year or so. This is a first for me and dont really know much about any of this. What is required down? What to look for? What are property taxes like on condos? Good or bad idea?

I have found several with pretty good prices in the Edison, NJ area and want to start getting my finances prepared. I'm not looking for anything big, just like a 2 bedroom with decent space...

Any help would be appreciated.
