Default Taxes in Hightstown, NJ

My realtor sent me some data regarding property taxes in Hightstown and I see they have gone up a lot in the past few years. Does anyone know if they have stabilized?

I am looking at a duplex with taxes assessed last year for 3000/year, which is not bad if they don't go up. Very small homes seem to be about 6000/year; I don't want to pay that. I have a condo in Hightstown right now and I am paying 750/year.

thesnowapefamily is on a distinguished road
The entire area (Hightstown and East Windsor) has been reassessed. I live in East Windsor and my taxes only went up a small bit. There are many places on the market in EW and I think the taxes are actually lower than Hightstown. Good luck!
