My company is giving me a 1000.00 per month allowance for temp housing until May 2010. My wife cannot follow me until May, 2010. I will be working throughout the entire state of NJ, so central NJ would make the most sense?

Since I am still paying for the mortage out in KC, I don't want to go much above the allotted amount. I'm headed out to NJ for a scouting trip in early september, and starting my position Oct 5th. I can use any help I can get!

Well as we say, "It's a big place", varying population density, varying topography, etc. What are you trying to accomplish, for starters?
