Housing starts dip to 581,000 in July - Aug. 18, 2009

Digging into the number reveals this--> Northeast starts plunge 16%, by far the worst showing in the country.

Is this a leading indicator or lagging indicator, Moorsetownresident?

BTW, summer is over..Greed shoots have turned into yellow weeds. Need mowing machine. Let's get it from China.
