Post Public Transportation from Fort Lee to Exchange Place, JC

I will be relocating to Fort Lee and will work in Exchange Place, Jersey City.

(1) Can someone recommend fast ways to go from Fort Lee to Exchange Place during business hours (leaving Fort lee at 8 AM). I can also drive to Park&Ride places.

(2) Does someone know how is the traffic on 1&9 while driving towards Tonelle Ave Light Rail Station around 8AM (M-F).

(3) Does someone know how is the traffic on River Road around 8 AM (M-F) driving south of Fort lee to Weehawken or if there is bus service.

(4) I see people talking about some Latino Vans from Fort lee. Where can I get more information about this.

Sorry for asking so many questions, your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

sorry to tell you but there are no good options, i work at exchange place too and considered fort lee, it's a good/safe area with very nice valued properties. Unfortunately without a way to commute to exchange place, i couldnt consider it.

Your only option really is to drive, you could drive to port imperial light rail then take the light rail, but then what is the point, why not just drive directly to exchange place. Bus wise i dont think there are direct buses to exchange place or they run on very limited hours (if someone knows otherwise please chime). All the guys i know at work who lives in fort lee drives everyday, and i couldnt deal with jc driving daily during rush hour commute, so crossed fort less off my list.

Also keep in mind Tonelle Ave Light Rail is not a safe place during late nights.

You can take the 158 bus to the ferry Light Rail stop. you will want to avoid Bergenline ave busses(local 156 and 159 buses )as possible as they travel slowly. The 156 and 159 buses that operate via River Road bus during rush hour and all 156 services takes River Road along the Hudson river
