Two different people have suggested I look in this complex to buy.

Does anyone have any info?

-Safe Area?
-Demographics?
-Prices?
-Taxes/Maint Fees?

Any info would be appreciated

The second bedroom is very small and the rest of the unit is basic. Perhaps, the units away from the highway arent so noisy.

no red bank, oceanport, or long branch for the train all about 3 miles... maybe a bus stop at the mall across the street Monmouth mall. and there is a bus to ny at Red bank... Eatontown for the past 20 years is for drivers only parkway, rt 18 etc all there!
