Let me put it like this. Can I take your input on Camden seriously? Common sense can't save you on this one. There's a difference between putting your hand on a stove and talking about Camden, NJ. So don't even go there.

It's funny how you're all upset because I said that you can't even give advice on the city of Camden because you never been there. That's common sense. You think you can tell somebody how bad or dangerous Camden is because yahoo.com said it's bad. Be real with yourself.

I think the OP brings up a valid point. There are quite a few posts that are far from accurate. Just off the top of my head I remember someone posting "There's a nuke plant in Toms River thats condemmed". "Barnaget is a ghetto". Then there's the bull's vs bears real estate "opinions" that some try to pass off as facts.
