Just moved to Alpine. (2009, apartments, for rent)

It's great here. My property is moderate, but the ceilings in my new house are insane. I play my guitar in the foyer and spend most of my spare time watching t.v. etc in my 300 sq ft bathroom.

Any local residents here know of any good hang outs? How's the country club?

Wow, all on a $1500 budget? I guess such low rent leaves a lot of money left over for the country club dues.

What are the most typical expenses ontop of rent in a house?
I'm deciding whether I should stick to apartments or try a house. One thing I don't like about apartments is they usually have zero personal outside space. I don't mind mowing a lawn or paying an extra bill, but I'm looking on remaxnj.com and most houses for rent have no description besides the monthly rent and number of bedrooms.

Am I to assume most utility bills are included in the rent? I'll need 2 bedrooms for a monthly cost under 1,500 with electric/water/whatever included with this budget.

I really should probably let this go, but that post was from 4/17/2009. Not 16 months ago, but 4 months ago. A lot can happen to a man in 4 months too, but if you won the lottery, or some such thing, in the last 4 months, why would you say 16 months?

16 months ago me and my college buddies started an escort service, just recently we got our big break and found the secret to being a success in this business, which is to cater to the rich women. These women pay very much just to have someone listen to their drama and cater to their needs. Between the 4 of us doing that and a couple other buddies we're doing well and saving ontop of it.
