The freeking roof is sagging sideways. $300,000 for that piece of junk?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I sure dont miss NJ prices. I really dont know how you young people ever manage to buy a first home. For that kind of money in most areas of the country I could get a 5000 sf brand new home on an acre. I bet the property taxes on that dump are around $11,000 a year too.
The stupid town should buy it and make a museum out of it. Bruce never got his song signed into law to become the state song so a museum would be a nice thing.

7 1/2 West End Ct
Taxes Taxes: 3077.21 / 3187.57
Sold in 1992 for $65,000.00
assessed at $216,000.00
Dumpy shotgun.....haven't heard that description ( shotgun) except in Louisiana
They call it shot gun because you could fire a shotgun in the front door and it should make it to the end of the house with no obstruction. I think the Jersey term had always been railroad rooms...

What a shack, but njkate is right. I am sure a bidding war will ensue and it will go for twice the listing price. Crazy!

Desert is right the town should buy it and turn it into a museum for all the Brucies out there of which I'm not.
Wonder if he ever showed his children his humble working class background or just let them think he has always had $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The article states that Bruce lived in the home from 1974 to 1975. The thread title is misleading.
