A lot of people misinterpret the no license no registration and no insurance tickets. No cop will let a driver who is unlicensed drive an unregistered and uninsured car away from a stop. Period.
What you are thinking of is 39:3-29 (a) (b) & (c) this means that you don't have the actual documents in your possession at the time of the stop. Not too big of a deal neing that they'll let you drive away, but it is a hefty fine. A dmv check will show that what is on those documents is up to date whether they are in your car or not.

sorry i finally found out what the 3 tix were exactly for-dont forget these are from 1998
1.driving while suspended
2.driving while revoked
3.failure to show documents
the night this happened the cop after laughing & joking with 2-3 other cops about what they just did told the person to get in the truck and drive home he will be driving by there house in a few minutes to make sure and said park the truck and dont drive it i will be watching the house.
They were all dismissed by the judge due to the fact that 2 of the tix were basically the same and the cop admitted to letting the driver drive home the judge was furious about this and dismissed all charges stating that an officer should never allow a driver drive a vehicle if ticketed for no license-suspended-revoked and especailly if there are no documents showing there is insurance -- he told the cop---what if that driver killed your family on his way home in an accident after you allowed him to drive....
Enough said......................

If the police officer rules it a no fault accident . what can you do if your insurence company refuses to comply with the no fault rule?

Your driving record doesn't show accidents unless you are ticketed for them or there's an insurance record of it. If so, they stay on the record for a while.

That is incorrect. Any mva listed as reportable on the NJTR-1 (top right) is listed on a driver's abstract. Any summons issued, if any, will be also listed on a separate line with the same date in most cases. The mva notation does not list fault.

No fault refers to payment of medical injuries only. The notation of Apparent Contributing
Circumstances are listing starting with Box 118. That is not noted in an abstract.

It's been a few years since I was the TAC so they might have changed it but it simply lists a notation of a mva. So yes, it will if deemed reportable which most are today. I wouldn't worry about it. Keep a copy of the report in your files.
Best to have your agent explain it because the report does no involve these details beyond what was stated. That's why any company that wants the details of the DMV abstract must get a copy of the report.
