Default Berkeley Heights/New Providence?

What does an entry level house in this area go for? Not a "fixer upper", but a decent starter type home. Thank you.

what's your price range?
We saw a decent starter 3 bedroom split level list as 505K at the beginning of this year.
I think it ended up with 485K offer.
We've almost seen every house on the market within our price range and below.
In these 2 areas, anything below 500K with good location (not flood zone, quiet street etc) either extremely small or very outdated.
If you don't mind townhouse, there is a section on the south side of I78 in BH. I think the 3 bedroom townhouse is aroung 375-399 range.

I agree - a nice starter home would be between 500K - 525K, but I think you could get lucky and get something for 475K because we are getting out of the summer season....

I live in BH and really like it...
