Default Anyone live in Fair Haven, NJ?

We are thinking of moving to Fair Haven or Rumson. Anyone live there now that has an opinion or advice? We grew up in Monmouth County, and currently live in Essex County. Want to move back near beach and want great schools for kids (ages 11 and 8).

From what I recall, both are affluent, high end towns with little trouble other then being able to affrod to live in them.
