Default Looking for North Edison townhome

We're hoping to be first time homeowners. I work in mid-town NYC. Looking for a townhouse in North Edison area. I want to have a good school for our kid. Please suggest good townhome communities in Princeton. Looking for a 2-3 bedroom, with garage, basement. Will I be able to get between 300K to 325K? Also can someone suggest a good realtor?

I'm confused. Are you looking in North Edison, or the Princeton area?

Try South Brunswick, East Brunswick. Both are nice towns with good school systems.

The one recommendation I would make is to try to get a 3 bedroom if you are getting a townhouse.

If you can only afford a 2 br, then get a condo.

I'm with luckyshoes...a little confused and not sure where you are looking.
For South Brunswick, there is one townhome listed at 300k that has garage, finished basement, and 3 bedrooms. I'll send you the link in a PM.
For Edison, the lowest priced 3 bedroom with garage and basement in Edison is priced at 369k, and the 2 bedrooms with garage and basement range from 299k-359k.
