Check the website...all current prices available but you can bargain since not many lots left and few are almost ready to sell.

Speak to the builder directly not the admin lady in the office.

Good luck!

We are very close to buying at Cubberly but wondering about the builder's personality. Instead of listening to our questions, he immediately blurts out "it will cost you." I read some previous posts stating he is a no-nonsense guy and doesn't budge on anything, which I can respect. However we simply want to have some questions answered and he doesn't even seem interested in having further discussion. I know we won't deal with him after the house is built but wondering if anyone can give insight from experience how to best deal with him. We are as polite as can be and it has been, well, frustrating so far. Thank you.

Hi, he is difficult to work with to say the least. My advice is to be polite but persistent. Ask him for pricing on the options you want and negotiate if he comes back with something unreasonable.

For those who are looking to buy a resale house, one just went up today in a prime location right across from the open space. It's a nice corner lot Guildford model located at 2 Amber Dr. It's being sold by the original owner direct.

Real estate agents please don't bother calling.
