Same as always when people panic rudeness follows and logic goes out the window.

I find it interesting how often this pattern repeats itself.

People that are here everyday doing nothing more than providing info and at the same time trying to understand the process. Sharing their thoughts with each other that has helped many based on all the views I see. People like mf456, chubz,shilzz,Taurus430, SteveMorse, cheweteena, definca, Unemployed_In_NJ, and of course DiorGirl all trying to contribute and at the same time trying to learn how things work.
Then you get some that all they want is answers and when they are told to read some posts that may already answer their questions you get the I don't have the time to do that or I just want an answer failing to realize the answer is already here if they look but because you ask them to do that you get a "HOW RUDE".

I want to say thanks to everyone that has contributed in this thread through the past months and have taken the time to provide relevant info when they didn't have to only to help others out.

Yes, I believe NELP. They are an organization. They heard what Brown said and found out the truth.

These questions were asked before Nelp found out the information.

Like I said, the questions could have been answered yes or no. If it is yes, reading the bill won't change it. Some people don't understand the text of the bill.

FYI.. I did go back and read the previous thread. All I saw was quotes from the bill etc. Like I said some people don't understand the context of the bills.

If these people who have done the research and knows what are going on etc, would just say yes, we will be included that is all it would take.
Everyone that has posted useful information that's great. You do have people who don't understand the hoopla of the bill. That's all I am saying. They are not stupid. They just don't understand the text.

Understood many here don't understand the bill but we are all just like you all we can give you is our thoughts as to what we belive since no one here is in the Senate, and you respond with

"I have a problem with what someone THINKS.... Thinks doesn't make it true."

That was uncalled for Definca tried to only help. Then you say

"I want plain jane answers in lamens terms.... Yes or no. Ask a question. Get a yes or no answer... "

Do you really expect that answer so simply yes or no? If you actually made a true effort to read the thread you will see no one ever answered that question yes or no in the past and you would know it is because it is just not a simple yes or no question.

Then you say

"No go read the bill crap. If someone knows the answer why not just say yes or no."

You actually answered your own question they don't answer it because they do not know. Again if you read the thread all this would be abundantly clear.

If anyone knew they would tell you heck I would be 1st to tell you but your rudeness toward those that try to help you because they don't say yes or no is uncalled for.

UPDATE: Correction it was shilzz that actually tried to answer you when you replied with the above quotes.

If these people who go and find out information are so informed they should know. They tell you to go read the bill and you would know. They knew the answer to that question. They have answers for everything else.

When the first person asked the same question, they were told to go read the bill.

We all heard what Brown said and it threw us in a tail spin. Almost gave some of us who have exhausted our benefits a heart attack.

Some people on here understand the text of the bill. They just do. For someone who doesn't.. going back reading quoted threads from the bill does no good at all. If you don't understand the wording of the orginal bill, you won't understand the quotes from the same bill.

I came to this thread after the statement was made by Brown because they are some intellegent people here that seem to grasp the bill itself.

On the other hand there are some rude intellegent people on here also.
For those who have studied and researched the bill itself and understand the bill, it would seem they would know that we qualified if our benefits were exhausted.
Simple question Will we qualify turned in to something else.

I'm not sure if this was reported but it looks like their is an agreement on the amendment for the home buyer tax credit according to the Wall Street Journal.

Is that what you were refering to Mr. NJ that was brought up by burghdood on page 170 kinda far back lol but that is where that quote came from.

And no he just doesn't seem to get it. No point in going back and forth with it you know. I do realize that some people do not know how these bills read and what to make of them. But coming in and demanding immediate yes or no answers is kind of pushy. And you do not have to know how to read the comments that I sent specifically to this user. They were self explanitory and gave the answer user was looking for. But lets just AGREE TO DISAGREE ON THIS SUBJECT and move on.
