Default cellulose blow-in insulation

Hi,
I live in Piscataway, NJ and was planning to add 12 inches (R-30) cellulose blown-in insulation on top of existing fiberglass R-19 insulation. My attic area is around 700 square feet. What should be the price for cellulose blow-in insulation. any recommendations for contractor who is honest and gets the job done costing me less.

Any major things i need to worry about cellulose material.

Thanks
Bhavin
