Default Poker and Golf!

I am retiring in a couple of years. I would like to buy a house, 500k range, in a nice suburb of NJ that is aproximately 1 hour or less from Atlantic City. I lived most of my life on Long Island and had to drive 3 hours or more to AC. Poker, golf, and more poker is pretty much all I want to do in my retirement! lol Can anyone help me out?

Southern Ocean County might fit your needs. Stafford Township is exit 63 on the parkway and AC is about 45-50 minutes away. Many new large victorians and colonials in the 300-450 range. Many 55 and over communities also. Ocean Acres has a nice golf course in town.

There are quite a few 55+ communities in Southern Ocean County. Try looking in Barnegat and Waretown.
