Which parts of West New York are not safe? (home, live)

I'm thinking of moving to West New York. Are there any areas I should avoid? I'm a white male in my early 30's and speak some Spanish.

I often work pretty late and would come back home at night by myself. Would this be a problem?

I've lived in WNy for many years, but I live on the side closer to Blvd East. I don't see many streets that are shady except maybe Palisade ave. and Hudson Avenue within the 50's. YOu get a lot of people that hang out outside. I don't usually walk around town much but I guess you could try to stay close to Blvd East, Broadway, Park avenue, 60th st., . Anywhere you go though you should always be aware of who is around you.
