Why do you need a REA who practices in Middlesex? Do you just prefer it?

I have a great one that I use for any purchase or closing I have ever done. Have recommended him to friends who were moving out of Middlesex and moving into Hunterdon. They loved him just as much as I do.

PM me if you want his name/number. His mailing address is Watchung but he's on the "other side" of 22.

I can't say enough great things about him. He tells me when he's not comfortable with something b/c his job is to protect me and himself. He doesn't mince words and he doesn't dance around anything.

He's great.

Bill,

The fact that the REA is his drinking buddy doesn't bother me. The problem is that the realtor is usually drunk. My bf already has a drunk realtor, he doesn't need a drunk attorney.

You're probably wondering why he went along with a drunk realtor. I've been wondering the same thing myself. My bf is an idiot. =P

Whatever you do, just DONT use Rocco Dipaola from Cranford. He will get you out of attorney review WITHOUT ever discussing anything with you!

He agreed to everything the seller’s lawyer requested including changing the closing date and giving up our right to negotiate after the inspection. We had to hire another lawyer to get us out of mess Mr. Dipaola put us in, but the deal had to be canceled

Well, yes, that does shed a whole different wattage of light on the matter. Consider my objection withdrawn.

She is originally from East Brunswick if that helps you understand more. Best of luck!

I agree with you. She does stay on top of things.
