HI, I have put an offer on a house yesterday. I need a real estate attorney practicing in Middlesex County, NJ. Does anybody know a good real estate attorney? I would appreciate you help.
I am trying to find an attorney with good reviews. If I find one, I will let you know and if you find please let me know too. Have you heard about Attorney Steven Sico from Woodbridge, NJ?
I have heard of the Sico family. A few of them are politicians and lawyers in the Woodbridge/Carteret area. I haven't heard anything about Steven Sico in particular. Sorry.
I used Laura Foord ESQ Jersey City = instantenous email responses, on top of everything, great person to close with. Actually follows the letter of the LAW and not just tell you "Oh I have done that many times"
I'm a real estate paralegal who works in a law firm in Middlesex County, Vastola, Fackelman, Sullivan & Spengler, 495 Union Avenue, Middlesex, NJ. Phone (732) 560-0888, Fax: (732) 302-1207.
Mr. Lawrence Vastola, Mr. John Sullivan and Mr. Robert Spengler specialize in real estate law, from residential to commercial and lately, we've been handling a lot of bank foreclosures and short sales.
If any of you are interested, please give them a call. Tell them that Lacey referred you, if you'd like. (I'm on maternity leave right now, but no worries, we have another real estate paralegal in the firm) : ) I mainly work under John Sullivan and Robert Spengler.
Good luck to each and every one of you!
Note to Daisy, Mr. Sico is a nice guy. We are currently working with him on a mutual real estate transaction.

Reason: removed a letter
Although not in Middlesex county, I am currently using an attorney and I am very happy with her. She has been used in our office by just about every agent and have never heard anything bad about her. Here information is as follows:
What realtor would admit that the attorney he is recommending is his drinking buddy??
Why would that be a bad thing? I sell real estate. I know a lot of people in businesses related to the sale of real estate. Some of them I like and trust, and occassionally have a beer with. One of them is an attorney, and I recommend using him whe you need an attorney. her's his nimber, give him a call.
What's the problem with this? And why would people trust a random stranger on a web site to recommend an attorney, who may be that random strangers undisclosed spouse, sibling, neighbor, business partner, avon distributor or even drinking buddy, but would be hesitant to accept the recommendation of ther Realtor?
