That might be a question that somebody in the NJ DOT would have the actual numbers for.
Also the part of the NJ Turnpike below exit 6 where I-95 disappears is legally state highway 700 and all of the GSP (Garden St Pkwy) is state highway 444. On the books anyway. They might have what they call AADT numbers for the roads.

Rt. 3 is pretty bad as it heads towards the tunnel. But yeah, Rt. 1 is rough, so is Rt. 9.
