Default Any hispanics around Hackettstown?

Hey all,

Sarah here, I'm going to graduate college soon and have been thinking about going back to school again at Centenary College. However, all of our college savings only planned for a four-year degree, so I'll have to find work for myself and go to school part time.

Pretty much the only solid skill I'll have to offer is an Annthropology degree and fluency in Spanish - anyone have a clue whether or not I'll be able tog et a job? The city profile said there are 8% hispanics, so it looks like there's a fairly sizeable population - can anyone tell me if there would be a demand for someone with a college degree who speaks Spanish? Also, how much should I expect to pay for a very low low low end apt, and are there any parts of town to avoid?

Thanks!

Sarah

It's not the greatest option, but what about using student loans to cover your cost of housing?

As far as using Spanish to your advantage, there are probably immigration law firms and visa processing firms in North Jersey that need people who speak Espanol, but who knows if they're hiring. I wouldn't start purposely looking for towns with large Hispanic populations, as then you'll be getting into more urban areas with higher crime rates and the other problems that go along with such places.

I was in Hackettstown once to visit a friend from college. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere.
