Anyone living at the Archstone Hoboken ? (apartment complexes, renters, bills)

I am thinking of signing a lease there since they are offering incentives. I've read mostly negative reviews of the building and management. Can anyone tell me your experience living there? What are your utility bills like for a 1 bedroom and are the laundry machines kept in good order ?
In addition how is street parking around the area if I don't want to pay for garage parking.
Any lease renewal experiences?

I haven't lived there but don't rely on reviews online about apartments. The only people who bother to post are people who have had bad experiences. Most people don't log on to say that a building was ok.

You could be right but if anyone disagrees with the negative reviews, you'd think they'd write a few words to say otherwise.

Yeah, hopefully you'll get some other responses. All I know is I've lived in a few apartment complexes that were fine, but I never took the time to go online and try to write a review about them. Because I didn't care. Now if something ticked me off I would have. Good luck!
