Anyone familiar with Society Hill in North Brunswick? (condos, townhouse)

Is anyone familiar with Society Hill in North Brunswick? Does anyone know how the noise levels are? I work from home several days a week - so noise is a big issue in determining what I buy.

We just bought there.
Do you mean noise from the highway? Or from other units?

The units are side by side, not on top of each other, and from what we can tell so far, you can't hear between them.

Maybe I'll see ya around there! =)

My sister had a townhouse there for a few years and loved it. Unfortunately, her husband pushed for the ranch house with the backyard, also in NB. They just had to sell it--he's out of work at 62 and has a bad back and is not likely to find employment again. She's a nurse and they just can't afford the high taxes on the house. Their only child is grown and out.

As I recall, it was a nice complex. Good luck with the place, both of you.

Well - both. The unit I am looking at is closer to Rt-1. I thought I remembered them being on top of each other. The unit I am looking at is a 1BD condo.

You know, you may be right....
we are in a townhouse, but now that you mention it, I do think I heard they had condos available as well... sorry I forgot about that!

As for the highway, I can't say from personal experience, but I would venture to think noise is not a big problem. I have not heard complaints from anyone that lives there. You can't hear much of the highway from by the clubhouse, which seems to be the closest part of the development to the highway.
