Question Looking for a bungalow around 200k or so- Cherry Hill?

Hi,
Is Cherry Hill the town with the most bungalows?

I work in Marlton and my husband works in Westmont and Cinnaminson- so we're looking for a convenient location. We currently live in an apartment in Mt. Laurel but like the idea of a bungalow and we haven't found any here. We're not ruling out a townhouse/condo just yet.

Any town suggestions would be appreciated.. I've seen some listings in Collingswood, Oaklyn etc but not sure about those towns.

Thanks

Do you mean ranch homes? I hear the word bungalow used by Indians with residency in India more than here. I've seen some older ranch homes in Cherry Hill not too far from Woodcrest/ Ashland station area. On the west side, I'm sure there are similar homes by Brace Rd/Chapel Ave.

how about cinnaminson? Low taxes, tight neighborhood and fair housing pricing..

The bungalow style isn't that common in Cherry Hill, but I think you will find some in this neighborhood. (Sorry, I don't know the name of the neighborhood, so I've attached a map).

For those who don't know what a bungalow looks like, here are a couple photos.
