Month to month Rentals in Middlesex County
Does anyone know of safe, clean, modern, month to month rentals available in the Middlesex County area?
Looking for an unfurnished 1 or 2 BR/ 1 or 2 BA, with parking, and a washer/dryer.
Areas we must exclude are Woodbridge, North Brunswick, New Brunswick Iselin, Sayreville, Fords, and South Plainfield.
Areas we would prefer are Metuchen, East Brunswick, South Brunswick, Colonia, Avenel, Milltown, Spottswood, possibly Edison, and we are open to suggestions.
We are a responsible, very clean, mature adult couple.
Appreciate any info.

Why are you "excluding" North Brunswick?
For what it's worth, Royal Oaks apts. in South Brunswick offers month-to-month, last I checked. |

Also -
Most apartment complexes do not advertise month-to-month deals. You have to call them and ask. Be prepared to pay a higher security deposit and a higher rent.

Checked with Royal Oaks and they only do 6 month rentals. Also, checked some "feedback" on Royal Oaks, and the word cockroach came up rather frequently.
