Taxes are ridiculously high in New Jersey! No wonder why people move out from the state. Property taxes are very high!!! For those money we payed on property tax, we could have traveled all around the world!!

Yes property taxes are very high. I left NJ for that reason last year. I am now paying lower property tax but I am paying taxes on food, clothing, auto, rec vehicle, boat. They get you one way or another.

We have enough people pointing out the obvious.... what we really to hear are solutions as to how to fix everything!

You pay tax on your car, rec vehicle and boat in NJ too.

Every year, on the same vehicles, in addition to yearly registration fees?????? I pay about $600 a year on my vehicles and about $800 a year on grocery taxes.

Smaller Government...

Less taxes required to run it...

Less money in the Government attracts less corruption making every tax dollar more efficient.

Fixing the problems in NJ isn't nearly as difficult as the politicians want you to believe. If we elected someone who cared more about the people and the problems then getting themselves re-elected and increasing the power base of their political party, we'd have a great state.
