I live in Bayonne and I was wondering what time is trick or treating here?

I really don't think there is a specific time to go trick or treating. It's usually when all the 'parents' and older adults get back from work and get all the candy ready for the children.Generally speaking though, It would be more at night, usually a half an hour to an hour before it gets completely dark. Then trick or treat a little bit when it's dark just to get that 'spooky' effect. Sorry, there really isn't much I can give you.

The rush probably will begin a little earlier today since it's a weekend and no school/work to deal with. That said, I haven't had a single trick-or-treator here yet and it's 3:42.

I use to wonder why kids go out so early, but it's so that they don't have to trick or treat in the dark. So it's alot safer to get the tricker treating done early. I think trick r treating should be sortuv an all day thing.

This was very weird to me that there is no time limit here because in PA we had set hours like 6-8 or 5-7 or etc. depending on the municipality you lived in.
