Can we renegotiate price after we make an offer? we have already made an offer but now thinking twice abt the rate.
Is it also possible to back out from the offer after the seller accepts offer?

Do you mean the Stratford on Monroe development off station rd? If you do you can get the comps yourself from this link NJ Tax Records Search

Its a property tax search in NJ. You can look up anyone in NJ who owns a home or who has sold a home. You can also look up by location. Just type in the street where you want to buy and it will show you all the records of the homes on that street. good luck

Talk to your attorney. You can back out for any reason, and you don't have to even state the reason, as long as the "attorney review" of the contract is not over.
