I was laid-off on june 12th 2009 (workforce reduction)..contract states that no sub work will be preformed while an employee is laid-off...numerous jobs have been subbed out while i was laid-off..as well as other breaches of the contract..i was the last man hired into nj union shop back in 2007...nj and phila office's closed and remaining men report to langhorne pa office but still service the nj area where subs are doing work.. Grievances placed with local hall and nlrb involved..
Company offered me a job in the beginning of october reporting out of the new york office but i would still be servicing the new jersey area but as a new hire with seniority being lost and pay cut
i should have been called back to my old position and pay rate with seniority intact..how do i get my company to give me my old postion back with seniority and pay rate?
