Unemployment Benefits: Extending extensions after Dec. 2009
Well there has been much talk about what is going on with extensions and people eligible for them and what happens to them in the New Year. Well I created the thread, Unemployment Benefits: Extensions after Eb part 3 and there has been lots of talk in there about this particular topic. As well as a need to start a new thread that users can post their Ideas, opinions, as well as facts. Well here it is. Now it is in your hands users alike to take your thoughts and conversations here and talk about what it going on. I feel that you must and that is a biG MUST that you call your congressmen and your senators to encourage them to make this a priority and put it on their calendar soon so that many more do not run out of Benefits. I will be sure to post phone numbers and websites as will I am sure others will to ensure that your questions get answered. Honestly we wouldn't be where we are today without the strength of everyone invovled. Now is the time to untie like you haven't before and come together to get the answers and things you need to get through your daily life. We are stronger together then apart keep that in mind and lets fight for you now as everyone has fought for us and this latest extension. Can't wait to see what transpires on this thread if the last one is any example of what we can do together as a whole this new thread could really be impressive and cause change. Take Care all of you and God Bless

WashingtonWatch.com - H.R. 3548, The Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 2009
The cut off date i heard from Nevada's head of dept of employment training and rehab today on TV was 12/07. If you last worked in dec of 2007 or beyond and have exhausted all your tiers of unemployment you will qualify for this new extension. This new extensions is directed for people who have used up all their tiers of unemployment.
Not sure if this is true but I am hoping it is.
