Any advice or information on these or other areas similar to the ones mentioned earlier when it comes to getting to NYC for work? I am looking for a mother/daughter or a home that can convert to mother/daughter. I will be commuting to Manhattan so I need easy access to the train or bus in the area. I checked nj transit and wow what a difference in price from the nyc subway lol. Any tips on saving $ when using nj transit? Thanks in advance.

I've got a mother/daughter. Mother part is a separate "apartment" off the side of the house. I'd sell it to you tomorrow but I have to list outside of your price range (I need $550K) to get out with anything left to buy something in another state. I'm in Middletown, walking distance to the NJ Transit train station and police station. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, .85 acres, wonderful neighborhood with lots of families ans small children. Property taxes just hit $9400 and Middletown says they're going up 10%-% next year. Argh.
