If you are referring to the one on Rahway Avenue, it is located in Avenel, which is part of Woodbridge Township.
The prison is also located in Avenel.

Avenel = Amazon

Iselin

And I think Rahway.

The prison's mailing address is "Rahway", but it is located in Avenel. That is actually not that unusual, as USPS delivery addresses and zip codes are sometimes not consistent with the municipality where the address is located.

The Iselin section of Woodbridge Township is nowhere near the prison or those trailer courts. And, "Woodbridge proper" is a couple of miles to the south.

Where "four towns" intersect, the three municipalities are actually Carteret, the Avenel section of Woodbridge, and Rahway.

The Jersey Shore area, and communities around it, have a lot more poor communities than previously thought.

Tom's River is one that shocked me. You would think it would be more in demand and a little more upscale, just given its location.. even though jobs aren't all that great down there.
