Hi everyone,
Considering moving to the garden state and I'm interested if anyone has had any good or bad recommendations/experiences with any particular builder(s) or communities build by them. I am currently looking to move into the South Jersey area with a close proximity to the shore towns (beach) 20-30-45 minute drive would be fine for me. Can anyone provide some "town" names that may fit into this category (250-325K range) that are affordable, low crime, good hospitals, and nice neighborhoods and shopping? Also possibly a good medium tax base lol No need for school info, for I'm retired.

There are some great adult communities in Jackson, NJ (Ocean County) that will get you to the beach in 20 min. My aunt and uncle just bought a home in Four Seasons at Metedeconk built by K Hov and they love their home and had a good experience with the builder.

Also, Monroe in Middlesex County is loaded with adult communities and will get you to the beach in about 40 min. There is still new construction at Stonebridge and Renaissance.
